Interim period
During the period between selling your old home and purchasing your new one, storing your household belongings can be an ideal solution. For example, if your old home has already been sold before you have found a new one, or if you are not yet able to move into it. Even if you are going abroad for a longer period of time, you can have your household contents stored by De Jong Verhuizingen.
Household storage
You can have your belongings collected by us, or you can bring them to us yourself. If you choose to outsource this to us, your possessions will be carefully loaded by our professionals into household storage boxes (10 m³) or household storage containers (33 m³). During the packing of your belongings, our moving team uses moving blankets and various packing materials. The storage boxes and containers are kept in a climate-controlled and dust-free storage warehouse. This warehouse is secured against fire and burglary with a modern alarm system.
When you are ready, we load the containers into the moving truck using a forklift, allowing us to move everything directly from the storage containers into your new home. Your belongings are then neatly placed in the correct locations, so you can arrange them immediately according to your own preferences.
